Rollin' into Spring with Boba

This event was a spring fundraiser where we sold pork, shrimp, and combination springrolls alongside jasmine milk tea, thai milk tea, and green thai milk tea. This event was on April 9th from 11am-2pm. We made 50 combination (shrimp and pork), 25 shrimp, and 25 pork spring rolls. We charged 2 springs rolls for $6 and had a combo deal with milk tea for $10. A cup of milk tea was $5 alone. This event was made to fundraise more money for our club. We advertised directly on instagram. The location of the fundraiser was in front of our school union where other students can pass by and grab a bite or sip. We fundraised approximately $300.
What efforts were used to motivate and involve the organization's members?
We constantly posted within our VSA's groupme and instagram to have people come by and get some. It was also spread beyond the organization as many would have boba and springrolls that people would ask where they got it from leading them to our table.
How did the organization overcome any challenges that arose while planning and implementing the event?
There was a lack of planning as on what items to get ,but it got solved relatively quick as our eboard would compensate around it. There was also difficulty in the workload as some of the eboard did more than others which was a lack of communication.
